The township Rural Zoning Act authorizes the
township board to designate in its zoning ordinance the proper
official or officials to enforce the ordinance. This person would be
in charge of issuing zoning compliance permits and enforcing, by criminal
action or civil injunction, the provisions of the zoning ordinance.
Peter Lance serves as our Township Zoning Administrator.
Peter is available at the
Townhall on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. to answer your questions and
assist with zoning permits. Peter will handle all land divisions, agricultural permits
